FAITH - Mortis Death Screen

An addon that replicates the death screen from FAITH - The Unholy Trinity.
This addon disables the red tint that appears when you die, by the way.

The files "mortis.png" and "mortis.wav" are game assets from FAITH and I dont own the rights to them.
