Halo Reinforcements collection

Project created independently by Impulse with scripting assistance from acquaintances.
-no commissions or compensation was taken, all content was made voluntarily.

Features:
  • Original assets, sounds, animations
  • MCC textures, skins
  • Custom animated playermodel support
  • Custom particles
  • Turret crosshairs
  • Console commands, Utility list
  • Tyrant can be destroyed by blowing up its core
  • Turrets can be ripped off their stand and used(Support for Draconic, ASTW2 sweps)
  • All turrets and AA guns can be given AI with LFS.
  • Spawnable objective items (Firefight generator, Jammer)
  • Destructible entities
  • Modified LFS Vehicle spawn platform with extra features
  • Turrets can be grabbed by LFS vehicles
  • Forge items, Killballs, Mancannons, etc
  • Damage regions, gibs for some entities.
  • Covenant watchtowers
  • Golden moa
  • Covenant shield generators, deploy-able covers

Contents:
  • Equipment items from Halo 3 with all their functions
  • Grenades
  • Supply pods(Will be updated more later)
  • Sweps and tools for the equipment items
  • Repair tool that works on LFS, Simfphys, Mechs, Fortifications. Uses ammo.
  • Turrets, AA guns

To-do:
  • Make AI turrets lead their shots? possibly make my own entity base
  • Make the Tyrant and Mantis AA fire projectiles
  • Support for the Hologram and firefight generator to make NPCs target / be affected by them.
  • Jammers scramble huds(?)
  • Spawn platforms
  • Angled mancannons

If your materials are solid white, Turrets wont load or aren't spawn-able, have no sound then you didn't download its dependencies, don't whine about it: Check your install.

The turret mount is a bit weird. I have to find a better way to handle it still but basically in the center of the model there's an invisible entity you have to change the bodygroup on to make it work. Also yes

Am I stupid? How do I use the turret mount platform? Also, what happened to the grunt suicide grenade weapon? Was it removed? Will it ever come back? Did it ever exist to begin with? Am I crazy?

I never removed anything, Luna did which caused shit to break and unload for people.

is this the one that also had the AI controlled airborne vehicles like the phantoms and hornets? if so i think i know why you removed them (same reason as the turrets being broken?) but if that's something else do you know where i could find that? i downloaded it a while back but it doesn't show up anymore after i disabled a required base, it still hasn't appeared after i turned it back on. i couldn't even find it in subscriptions through steam so i'm lost. also i wish you luck fixing this madness with the turrets

The jammers in halo scramble your radar and make fake red dots move around it, the reach jammer messes with your hud and disabled radio communication.

They dont do anything in the addon because I have nothing I can manipulate to recreate these effects

Ive already said they wont be fixed for a WHILE.
There's so many things I have to fix just to get these to work Its not as simple as updating the code I have to finish everything else so these arent broken as well. PLEASE.
