2G rated deep-space relay probe with 6,200 units of electrical charge, 120 units of monopropellant and RCS thrusters for orbital adjustment. Signal rating allows connection from surface-to-orbit around any body of the Kerbol system. This relay is equipped with an M700 Survey Scanner fore planetary-resource data collection. Fitted with 3 thermoelectric generators for better trans-Duna energy replenishment.

This relay is designed to provide surface-to-surface communications coverage for trans-Duna bodies (Dres, Jool system bodies, Eeloo), and as an intermediary relay between body surface and wider relay-network.
