The requirements to do this speedrun are as follows:

-Speedrun is played in 1-4 "Clair de Lune"

-Goal is to defeat V2 as fast as possible

-Once V2 has been defeated and is on the ground (You must do this before he starts getting up) you have to fire one of the railcannons directly at his crotch. The speedrun ends once you fire it at said crotch.

-Completing the level isn't required

-If you fire the railcannon AFTER he has already gotten up, it does not count and is a failed speedrun

-How you go about defeating V2 doesn't matter, but it's a bad idea to use the railcannon during it for obvious reasons

-Your viewmodel MUST be set to in the middle, otherwise it will not count

-Image for the guide isn't mine obviously, couldn't find the original artist but yeah it's not mine

-An alternative name for this speedrun can be Rail% if you're uncomfortable with using that word

-Probably won't do a second version for the second V2 fight unless someone comes up with a good idea (No it will not involve doing it to his corpse)
