    This one is kind of complex, as you need the wormholes to be open to reach this toilet.
    You need to go upstairs and through the door that needs to be unlocked. In there, take the wormhole on the right. Then, take the southern wormhole, and you'll be in the right bathroom.










  • Delphine Farm
    In order to access the Delphine Farm you must first go through the time loop encounters that randomly occur at Crystaldream Lake. During these encounters you will meet yourself several times, often receiving or giving away an item. At one point you will receive the Mobius Ring. Wear it (for me, I also went through a few fights for good measure so the effects would appear). You must encounter yourself once more at Crystaldream Lake, and try to give them the Mobius Ring. After that you must go to Gray County and wander until you encounter the random event that gives you access to the Delphine Farm location. The toilet itself is a part of the time loop you need to complete there.
Conclusion
I'm pretty sure that's all of them, but if I missed one just leave a comment to let me know.

Just to confirm for everyone asking, YES, they all have to be flushed within one run.

Very carefully flushed every toilet and did the tedious Delphine House stuff only to find I can't get this achievement cause I skipped the prologue :steamfacepalm:

Guess what? If you skip the prologue, you can't get this achievement.

You can reactivate the wormholes if you put the meteorite back where you found it. If you don't have the meteorite then you'd have to do it on a different run.

i didnt get the one in the wormhole house. any way to reactivate them or do i have to do it on another run now?
