Opis
This is still WIP. I'm planning to automate setup but besides that, this mod is good to go. The game state is set neutral before setup and with some policy cards laid out. The sovereign towers are in a bag on the bottom right in a bag.


11/12/2022 *UPDATE*

Still WIP but it's 97% done. Automated setup was added as memory bags in the center of the play area. Just move them away once setup.
