A giant cliff-side facility in the ocean. It converts and generates enormous power, but apparently not enough to keep the lights on.
So if not for decent lighting, then where is all of that power diverted?

The detonator codes were very difficult to locate. I never would've found them, except that I used a 'map hacking tool' to trace one of the inputs on the map.
