Even after you complete every quest in both campaign and freeride extreme there are still some locked cars. Here’s how to unlock them.¨

Normally you unlock cars by advancing in story, doing Lucas Bertone quests, and completing quests in Freeride Extreme.

If you want to unlock story cars and Lucas Bertone cars, you must finish the story and Lucas Bertone quests. Sadly, there’s no way around it.

Every other car can be unlocked by doing 3 rather easy things.

First step is optional. If you finished campaign, you can skip this step.

As you can see, I have a fresh profile, not a single save, all options in freeride are locked and freeride extreme is not accessible.




First thing you need to do is start a Freeride and go to this location in Works Quarter.

Here you’ll find these doors.

Go to them and you should see an action button mark (exclamation mark in red circle) in the left down corner. Use the doors and the action button mark will disappear.

Now go back to main menu. The Freeride Extreme and all options in regular Freeride are now unlocked.

Start a Freeride Extreme and go to this house.


Go to the doors and press action button.

Back in main menu all prototypes and some other cars are now unlocked for Freeride.

If you finished campaign, did all Lucas Bertone quests, and followed the first two steps of this guide, you should have all the cars unlocked except for one – Caesar 8C 2300 Racing.


Most people don’t know how to unlock this one last racing car. Here’s how to do it.


First you need to start a Freeride Extreme and go to this location in Hoboken. The Race Car Exchange quests is located here. Start it.



The first race car is Caesar 8C 2300 Racing. Get in it but instead of the prison on Central Island, drive to Salieri’s bar. Park in under this shed, then interact with these doors. No action button will show up but act like there is one.

Now the Caesar 8C 2300 Racing is unlocked.
