Download id5Tweaker by Methanhydrat from here[community.pcgamingwiki.com]
It's completely safe and the only thing we need from the zip is .dll
𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟐
Extract the dinput8.dll from zip to the root folder of the game.

Now you can launch the game and open console by pressing "CTRL+~"
Paste into the console this command id5Tweaker_SetFpsLimit 140
If you want you can change 140 to any other fps number that you want.

Warning to people that unlock the framerate the game may be in slow motion or sped up, Wolfenstein The New Order is mean't to be played at 60fps due to the engine it runs on.

Its worked. The guideman doesnt write full instruction written in README.

1. You need copy dinput8.dll from zip to your game folder(where exe contains)
2. You need copy id5Tweaker.ini to the same directory.
3. Not sure, but If your want another fps you need open ini file in text editor and change id5Tweaker_SetFpsLimit almost in the end from
;id5Tweaker_SetFpsLimit 140 to ;id5Tweaker_SetFpsLimit 144

at least 60 fps is available, its not too bad for a single player game tbh. games that lock at 30 get on my nerves real bad, i guess for this game high hz monitors just werent really a thing when it launched.

I'm gonna be honest, I do not have that dinput8.dll file in it. So I added it to the folder anyway and try putting that exact command in and it says "unknown command".

That is gay
