There's some more explanations about the concept in the description and the pinned comment, but basically the concept of invading other players and messing with their progress in their current level is a classic mechanic from Dark Souls. Having such options in PAYDAY2 (invading heists from other players, and stealing the loot before them) would be really cool as an actual mechanic :D

i understand the invasion, but i actually forgot about the dark souls thing until the video ended, what makes this a crossover
