It is way too easy to get yourself banned in Halo CE. So if you don't want to get yourself banned, here's some advice for you:
DO NOT DRIVE A VEHICLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

This is very important because you can gain access to the machine of unspeakable war crimes love and happiness.

Hypothetically, you could do this on any queue with vehicles but 8v8 Heavies Matchmaking is guaranteed to spawn some hogs.

Technically, you could do this with any vehicle like a Ghost but you'll have the best chances by getting in a warthog (or a rocket hog).

Rush the nearest warthog and get in the driver's seat ASAP. Your needless genocide of your teammates friendly fire incidents will not be counted if you're not driving.

Approach any of your unsuspecting teammates a ride in your warthog and make sure that you're moving at least 0.1 meters per second (0.328084 feet per second) at all times, this is going to be very important.

RUN OVER THE DELICATE TOES OF ANY TEAMMATE WHO DARES COME CLOSE TO YOUR WARTHOG BY SIMPLY NUDGING INTO THEM.

You did it. You ran over the tootsies of 3 of your innocent teammates and you've been banned from matchmaking. Now go on your alt account and repeat these steps to get banned there.

Find a ghost and get in it. Unlike Combat Evolved, the ghosts in every other Halo game are so much more maneuverable and have the ability to boost! You could also try to use a Warthog but you won't be as successful because the Halo devs got a lesson in basic physics and figured out that a Warthog going at a snail's pace shouldn't kill you if you touched it.

The more distracted and gullible the teammate, the better! A teammate making its way to the front lines is probably a bad target because they can notice you from a mile away and accordingly jump out of your ghost's way. A teammate in a firefight on the other hand is an excellent target! They'll probably be too distracted to even notice that you're coming straight for them!

THEY DON'T KNOW YOU'RE GOING TO RUN THEM OVER, NOW'S YOUR CHANCE TO SPLATTER THEIR FEEBLE CHERRY-FLAVORED ARMOR ON YOUR GHOST

In newer Halo games, players now have the option to boot players instead of immediately kicking them like in Combat Evolved. So you'll have to splatter at least 3 people for the game to start giving people the opportunity to kick you. After that you could either splatter the same guy over and over until he decides to kick you or you could find someone on your team who won't hesitate to kick someone.

Yippie-kay-yay-♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥! You got banned! Now go touch some grass!
