ffs do you need to explain to you the difference between saving and quiting and segmented/spliced runs. also your above link is broken.

a segmented run is a run broken up between multiple playthroughs and then the best segements are taken and edited together. same with splicing but done with the entention of not getting caught.

saving and quiting/force quiting is the act of closing your game and reopening it. this can be done in a single segment run.

both are false. exploits dont get banned leaderboards unless in the tos of the game specifically bans the use of exploits. bunny hoping was a well known exploit in cod no one ever got banned for using it. same with speedrunning that bans the use of glitches. have you ever watched a speedrun?

im sorry this doesn't meet your minimum criteria of what you think a guide should be. i also never stated this is a solution to any problem. infact i literally make fun of that fact in the description of this guide. want to talk about putting words in peoples mouths your literally doing it.

regardless. in your wiki you posted. it even says weather exploits are cheating is a topic of a debate, and because of this its not apart of the definition of an exploit. definitely a debate but its by no means a definitive answer, in your point using something wellknown is cheating. but that is your personal opinion no where does your wiki artical or save scumming artical state that in order to be cheating it has to be wellknown.

your equating using a cheat engine to saving and quitting a game? by definition this is an exploit not a "cheat" as this doesn't involve using anything external from the game. but regardless. this is a single player game. if you dont want to use this method then dont? how dare people have their own fun?
