1) To remove it, open BlueArchive\YouTubeBubble\bubble.ini and locate the sections [SpeechBubble1], [BubbleText1], [SpeechBubble2] and [BubbleText2]. You can a) delete these sections, b) comment them out (i.e. add a semicolon to the start of every relevant line, including the headers) or c) append the line of code (Hidden=1) at the end of each of the sections.
2) To add a custom message, open BlueArchive\@Resources\lang\[language file you are using].inc (the default is en-US.inc if you have not changed anything). Find the line of code (StrYouTubeUnavailability=RSS Unavailable.) and you can change the string to whatever you wish.
You mentioned that you are using Japanese on your local machine, so it is possible that your Rainmeter Skins directory may have a path composed of Unicode characters (e.g. your username directory). The more common reason for the issue is the directory being cloud-based, so make sure you double-check that too.
Which I have no idea how to fix.
I'm running windows 11 using japanese language and locale if that helps.
Let me know if the update worked - if it did, I'd like to apply it to the small handful of wallpapers in my mini-collection.
