[CE Compatible]

Adds vanilla-style laser weapons from XCOM: Enemy Unknown (Enemy Within), featuring custom gunshot sounds and laser beams. They are sidegrades of charged/magnetic weapons with faster firing rate and slightly less accuracy.

Sidenote:
- Compatible with everything, even CE

I've love the xcom stuff since 1994!

Remember having group phone calls with 3 friends during the summer of 1995, between basketball camps, WHILE I was deathly ill with a bout of double pneumonia about how to best deal with Lobstermen during the first Terror cruise ship mission!
