Unlock Splig.

Encountered in The Far Shore. To unlock Splig you must have a party member die before speaking to Splig.

The Glutton
Unlock Pearl.

Encountered in The Far Shore. To unlock Pearl you must complete 40 combat encounters after encountering Pearl (the amount of encounters completed persists between runs). Once 40 combat encounters are completed return back to Pearl.

The Incinerated
Unlock Dimitri.

Encountered in The Far Shore. There will be an encounter that has a skeleton sitting beside the campfire. Interact with the skeleton and watch if the skeleton talks about the fire, if the skeleton does you should be able to interact with the campfire after talking to the skeleton.

The Parasite
Unlock LongLiver.

Encountered in The Orpheum. For every party member that dies the chance of encountering LongLiver is increased by 1%. The chance to encounter LongLiver persist between runs.

The Stoic
Unlock Clive.

Encountered in The Orpheum. To unlock Clive you must interact with him on three different runs. He will unlock on the third encounter.

The Zealot
Unlock Kleiver.

Encountered in The Orpheum. To unlock Kleiver you must kill 35 Music Men before they transform into an instrument. Once 35 Music Men are killed you must encounter Kleiver to unlock him.

The Corpse
Unlock Cranes.

Encountered in The Orpheum. To unlock Cranes you need to have suffered 20 casualties and then encounter the pile of corpses. Casualties persist between runs.

Hardmode Fools
The following party members can only be unlocked after sparing the Pitiful Corpse and then playing a run on Hardmode.

The Trickster
Unlock Thype.

Encountered in The Far Shore. To unlock Thype you must kill all four bosses that can appear in The Far Shore. The bosses are Roid, Hickory, Mobius and Trigger Fingers and once all have been killed return to Thype.

The Naked
Unlock Griffin.

Encountered in The Far Shore. To unlock Griffin you must complete three combat encounters without taking any damage (direct and indirect). Once the requirement is met wait for Griffin to appear. Taking damage and then healing it does not count towards this unlock.

The Failure
Unlock Arnold.

Encountered in The Far Shore. To unlock Arnold you must encounter him and avoid insulting him when picking what Nowak will say.

The Terminal
Unlock Agon.

Encountered in The Orpheum. To unlock Agon you must encounter him without suffering any casualties on your current run.

The Psychic
Unlock Rags.

Encountered in The Orpheum. To unlock Rags you must kill an Ungod before it flees. Ungods are summoned only by a Wriggling Sacrifice. After killing an Ungod you then must encounter Rags one more time.

The Black Lung
Unlock SmokeStacks.

Encountered in The Orpheum. In order to unlock SmokeStacks you must discard items found in your run. For every discarded item the chance to unlock SmokeStacks increases by 1%. The chance for SmokeStacks to unlock persists between runs. To unlock SmokeStacks you must interact with them to see if they will unlock or not.

The Mass
Unlock Leviat.

Encountered in The Garden. To unlock Leviat you must encounter them while having Hans in your active party.

The Immortal
Unlock Bimini.

Encountered in The Garden. To unlock Bimini you need to pay them 50 coins all at once. The payment does not persists between runs and must be completed in one run.

The Magnum Opus
Unlock Gospel.

Encountered in The Garden. To unlock Gospel must interact with Gospel with Nowak being the only party member you have. Keep in mind that you must throw your run since you are forced to discard all party members except Nowak.

Encountered in The Garden. To unlock Mordrake you must unlock 30 achievements / items that are from The Witness or The Divine sections. Once the requirement is met find and interact with Mordrake.

Fog's Prescience
Complete Fog's Quest.

Finish Fog's quest. When you first meet Fog he will ask you to kill all 4 bosses in The Far Shore. After you kill them all return to Fog and he will now be in The Orpheum asking for you to kill all 3 bosses in The Orpheum, the same goes for The Garden. Once the quest is complete Fog will be at the boss encounter in The Orpheum in future runs and paying him 20 coins allows you to pick the final boss for that run.

Ichor's Last Wish
Complete Ichor's Quest.

Finish Ichor's quest. In order to talk to Ichor's you must complete each world without any casualties. Ichor is first found in The Far Shore and once talked to will be in The Orpheum and then at The Garden. After talking to Ichor in The Garden you then must encounter Ichor one more time in The Garden on a new run. The reward for finishing this quest does not grant any benefits to future runs.

Bronzo's 2 Cents
Complete Bronzo's Quest.

Finish Bronzo's quest. Throughout runs Bronzo will ask for coins starting at 2 coins in The Garden, 25 coins in The Orpheum, 50 coins in The Far Shore, 100 coins still in The Far Shore and finally 300 coins in The Orpheum (Total: 477 coins). After the quest is completed Bronzo will give a random amount of coins to you every time you encounter him starting from the next run.

The Ungod's Demand
Complete the Emissary's Quest.

Finish the Emissary's Quest by killing the Unfinished Heir (the result of letting TaMaGoa, Egg of Incubus hatch) and report back to the Emissary. In order for the Emissary to appear in The Far Shore you will need to have killed an Ungod in a past run. Talking to the Emissary will provide access to a 4th zone that will always be TaMaGoa, Egg of Incubus. There is no reward for finishing this quest.

Mordrake's Untold Tale

Earn all achievements (excluding "Brutal Orchestra") and talk to Mordrake in The Garden. The reward is 100% completion.

Cancel Roid's entire turn.

Cancel Roid's 5 actions in a single turn. AoE attacks can remove 2 moves from Roid's at once so using a Lvl 2 Pearl can make this boss trivial.

Crisis of Faith
Defeat the Charcarrion by letting its corpse decompose.

Have the Charcarrion die by its own Decompose attack.

Emotional and Physical Annihilation
Watch SmoothSkin's trauma be his undoing.

Have My Own Visage kill SmoothSkin by using Trauma. Trauma deals 20 damage and then heals 50 so SmoothSkin must be below 21 health for it to work.

You get the story by now get 5 wins in a row blah blah blah. For the wins you should take a very good DPS (like Griffin) or a solid healer (like hans), i personally go with Griffin A (C also works as long as he has clobber/AoE as a move) since his clobber move can make short work of just about everything. Having fog at the 2nd boss is also ideal since it takes away the RNG of what boss to fight (tip, go for heaven). If you have a maxed Griffin against Heaven with spotlight Griffin can dish out 60 dmg at minimum .

TL;DR: Take Griffin with AoE move, pay fog for Heaven, fully upgrade Griffin before Heaven, delete Heaven.
