Better Looking Textures v1.37

This will not make your game in "HD". This was made to focus on specific textures that could use a little work to make the game look more alive. Right now, a little over 2 dozen have been altered but this is an ongoing project to expand on that.

This mostly contains some terrain and wall textures. You may not notice most of the changes because they are so subtle and so few currently. But the trade-off is that it won't affect performance in any noticeable way. This mod isn't big enough to do that yet. But since the edited files can be twice the size as the original, I'm going to try to keep this mod relatively small.

One main issue is that this likely won't work on a good quantity of servers unless the sv_pure setting is set to 0 or 1 depending on which mods are whitelisted. I noticed a lot of them don't allow terrain, decal, or prop textures to be altered.

If you want any textures to be improved upon, screens shot it for me. Or if you know where it is in the materials vpk send me the directory of it.
