Do cars move slower at low FPS? In PAYDAY 2 there are a few heists that involve driving a car (Car Shop, Meltdown, Aftershock, Goat Simulator...) and it's often said that, in those heists, your car will move noticeably slower if your FPS are low, sometimes making the heist impossible.
How true is that statement? How low must your frames per second be, in order for the speed loss to be noticeable?

0:00 → Introduction.
0:13 → Test 1: driving forward for 40s.
1:49 → Test 2: even lower FPS.
3:22 → Test 3: real gameplay.

3:54 → End screen!

cool indepth video as always, my dogass pc runs this game at high 20fps - mid 30fps so I really felt that choppy cam while in the middle of driving
