Palm Mouse Grip
First off, a palm grip is when your hand completely encircles your mouse without leaving significant space between it. This often implies that your hand touches the mouse from the fingertips, where the buttons are mounted, all the way down to your palm. The vast majority of gamers and non-gamers are using this grip. It's an awesome, relaxed grip that is effective for lengthy, gliding motions over the mat and causes the least level of strain on your arms and wrists. The palm grip works well with larger mice.

Claw Mouse Grip
The claw grip will give you best of both worlds between Palm and Fingertip grip.
Your fingers are arched and like a claw. The contact points on your mouse typically are the tips of your finger, and the bottom of your palm. The grip allows for both long swipes with your arm, or micro adjustments for short flicks. Accordingly, this grip is very common for competitive games and esports titles. However it can cause more strain on your finger during long sessions. The claw grip will be different whether you are using a relaxed or aggressive claw grip.

Cons:
  • Finger arching can cause straining
Fingertip Mouse Grip
The fingertip grip possibly the hardest of all 3. The fingertip grip arches like the claw grip, but without your palm resting on the mouse. This allows for much less restrain on the movements of your mouse. Thus, leaving your fingers in full control over micro adjustments and tracking short distances.
The fingertip grip can be the most accurate as it allows for maximum verticality as well. It will also let you have the fastest micro adjustments in tight scenarios. However, the fingertip grip is likely the most difficult style to master.

Der Fingertip Grib wölbt sich wie der Claw Grip, aber ohne dass die Handfläche auf der Maus aufliegt. Dadurch werden die Bewegungen der Maus viel weniger eingeschränkt. So haben Ihre Finger die volle Kontrolle über Mikroeinstellungen und die Verfolgung kurzer Distanzen.
Der Griff mit den Fingerspitzen kann am genauesten sein, da er auch eine maximale Vertikalität ermöglicht. Er ermöglicht auch die schnellsten Mikroeinstellungen in engen Situationen. Allerdings ist der Fingerspitzengriff wahrscheinlich der am schwierigsten zu beherrschende Stil.
