Actually I've already sticked to the realism and realistic renders mate but in this case I just wanted to create a scene simple yet so complicated :D

You have a strange mix of realistic, 3D and 2D design in there. IMHO you should stick to one of them.
E.g. The character is Lowpoly 3D with Subsurface enabled. The Grass and flowers are realistic. Then you have the 2d mouth.
