Should this meme be banned from existence?

I don't know. But personally I think they get image rights wrong. If that guy has a twin brother somewhere, or even a double that looks a lot like him, or a very good copycat, then he doesn't have image rights on what they do.

Virtually crafted characters might trigger the same issue: the Thor character looks a lot like him, for instance. And since he was able to remain anonymous as he wanted, theoretically it seems just like if the meme was taken from a movie scene instead of exposing a real person life.

So this last issue should be discussed first for some other media with real exposed personalities. That's something to discuss. For example, leaked nudes. But then again, what can you do if your twin decides to become a porn actor/actress or leak his/her own nudes? You get your body exposed worldwide while he/she gets all the money your "image rights" might be worth for.

And that's all legal. So that's a law flaw.
