These are the hotkeys that may make your life a little easier. (I know some, if not most of these, are well known)

Ctrl+Shift+I --> Turns on traffic AI for the player's vehicle
Shift+C --> Free camera
F7 --> Resets the vehicle. The part where this one is useful is if you are in free camera, pressing F7 will teleport the player's car to the location of the camera.
Home --> Teleports the vehicle to the set home position
Insert --> Resets the vehicle. The part I like about this is that if you hold insert, you can rewind the vehicle location.
Ctrl+Home --> Sets vehicle's home position.
Ctrl --> Allows you to grab vehicle nodes.
Alt+Left Arrow Key --> Slow motion, 2x slower
Alt+Right Arrow Key --> Speed up time (Caps at 1x speed)
Ctrl+Shift+H --> Deflate random tire
Ctrl+Shift+T --> Spawns AI Traffic
Ctrl+Shift+D --> Changes Time of Day
Ctrl+Q --> Cycles Drive Modes
Ctrl+Alt+Insert --> Resets the vehicle & sends it to the nearest road
