Fast zombie cables- definitive fix

Episode 2 for Half Life added a weird visual update to fast zombie– a loose ropes/cables/”””tendons””” that use default cable texture hanging from its arms. This has carried over to gmod and has been bothering me since forever. See screenshots if you don’t understand what I mean.

Fix that I made before for this was crappy as it just made cable texture invisible and it stopped working after last update anyway- this one actually deletes lines from model .qc that are responsible for hanging cables so the cable texture is intact and it doesn’t leave a shadow on model.
