Background NPCs: Russian Cars Pack

Hello everyone, my new addon.
When I was flipping through the list of addons in the game, I saw the addon: "Background NPCs" and immediately remembered about the addition to the machines to it. I started the game on the gm_bigcity_inproved map, played with them, and thought: "It would be cool to make the same addon with my cars...." Well, I started thinking about how to do it, first of all I thought about whether it was possible to redo this addon at all? After asking the author in the discord, I ran to download the addon from github, after downloading I inserted VAZ2107 as a test, and guess... it's gone!

Well, that's how I started making an addon.

There are no taxi drivers' cars, they only ride buses.
There are only 2 cars for the police and special forces.
There are no cars for street racers (they only drive regular ones).
