Report a translation problem
To be 100% sure that it is a Goryo, you have to do the Goryo test and not just look from the truck.
Example, the ghost room is in the kitchen, you have to stand somewhere else like the dining room and hold out the video camera. After awhile, the ghost can be seen walking through DOTS in the video camera but you can't see anything in person.
There are some great examples of this behavior you can see online.
I simply love games especially games played with some friends.

For the Goryo, I haven't really tried standing 10m away, but I can tell you that it is way easier to just step out of the ghost room like 1m from the door to check for DOTS.
The main example would be the slight speed differences of many ghosts (not revenant, Raiju, ...)
a mistake:
"Video Camera : DOTS in video camera but not in person when standing outside of ghost room".
This is wrong in my experience. I've actually seen D.O.T.S with my eyes before, standing very far away. think over 10m
