Can confirm KKK's method for Member Card- start Harami Master via Challenges and discard all 11 pieces of meat by dropping them anywhere but the grill to end the game. Wait for the leaderboard to fully load before clicking Retry, otherwise you'll get a glitch where dropping the meat will lay them on the table instead of discarding them and you'll have to exit to Main Menu to fix it. Repeat 50 times to pop achiev.
