A2A - air to air.
A2G - air to ground.
AA - anti-aircraft.
AI - anti-infantry.
AV - anti-vehicle.
AP - armour-piercing.
HE - high-explosive
HEAT - high-explosive anti-tank.
HESH - high-explosive squash head.
ADS - aim down sights.
AMR - anti-material rifle.
AMS - advanced mobile station.
AOE - area of effect.
ASP - advanced specialisation programme.
BR - battle rank
CQC - close-quarters combat.
EMP - electromagnetic pulse.
ESF - empire specific fighter.
GSD - gate shield diffuser.
MAX - mechanised assault exoskeleton.
MBT - main battle tank.
OS - orbital strike.
PL - platoon leader.
SL - squad leader.
PS2 - PlanetSide 2.
PTS - public test server.
QRF - quick-reaction force.
RPM - rounds per minute.
SCU - spawn control unit.
TK - teamkill.
TTK - time to kill.
ZOE - zealot overdrive engine.
NC - New Conglomerate.
TR - Terran Republic.
VS - Vanu Sovereignty.
NS - Nanite Systems.
NSO - Nanite Systems Operatives.

Terminology
Air - general term for aircraft.
Airball - group of aircraft.
<anything>ball - variation on airball, group of any same-type vehicle.
<anything>fit - variation on outfit, used to describe the outfit e.g. cancerfit, casualfit, deadfit, elitefit, friendfit, midfit, sweatfit, zergfit.
Armour - general term for armoured vehicles that are resistant to small arms fire.
Baby Gate - Hardlight Barrier.
Bacon - Squad Beacon.
Bacon's Burnt - Squad Beacon destroyed.
Bacon's Crispy - Squad Beacon placed and ready for use.
Battle ANT - ANT with weapon equipped.
Battle Bus - Sunderer.
Battle Goose - Betelgeuse 54-A light machine gun exclusively available to the VS.
Bus - Sunderer.
Beacon's Lit - Squad Beacon placed and ready for use.
Beacon's Live - Squad Beacon placed and ready for use.
Beetlejuice - Betelgeuse 54-A light machine gun exclusively available to the VS.
Blueberry - friendly player not in your squad or platoon.
Bolter - bolt-action sniper rifle user, usually in CQC.
C4 Fairy - Light Assault with C4.
Cert - certification point, basic currency in PS2.
Chad - Turbo Flash.
Cheese - cheesy or scummy tactics, usually entails lots of ground-based force multipliers.
Cloaker - Infiltrator.
Conc - Concussion Grenade.
Dakka - lots of bullets.
Dance - zigzagging, usually whilst trying to pop medkits.
Deci - Decimator.
Dildar - Motion Spotter.
Dome - Citadel Shield.
Engie - Engineer.
Gal - Galaxy.
Genny - generator.
Ghost Cap - can mean two different things: 1) where enemies begin a base capture but then leave the base 2) capturing a base with no enemy presence.
Flip - change faction ownership.
Flock - large group of Reavers.
Footzerg - zerg to the next base on-foot.
Hard Spawn - base spawn.
Harry - Harasser.
Hex - base.
Infil - Infiltrator.
Instant Action - Join Combat.
Jump-Jetter - Light Assault.
Lane - series of lattice links.
Lib - Liberator.
Logistics - differs, but generally used for Nanite consumption, spawn options or vehicle transport.
Lolpods - A2G missile pods.
Maggy - Magrider.
MAX Crash - classic PS2 MAX swarm tactic.
Mossie - Mosquito.
Nade - grenade.
Nipple - top of a Citadel Shield.
Overpop - population balance advantage.
Pancake - Dervish.
Piss - Pelter Rocket Pods.
Pocket Flash - Flash XS-1.
Pocket Magrider - Javelin.
Pocket Orbital - Orbital Strike using Outfit Armoury assets.
Pop - population.
Pub - friendly player not in your squad or platoon.
Pubby - friendly player not in your squad or platoon.
Pull - get from terminal.
Random - friendly player not in your squad or platoon.
Rep - repair.
Rez - revive.
Ringer - player brought into an outfit solely for the purposes of competing in a tournament.
Skill Stick - Medical Kit.
Skill Suit - MAX.
Sky Whale - Galaxy.
Soft Spawn - non-base spawn.
Spider Tank - Chimera.
Spitty Bae - female Engineer who is very resourceful with her Spitfire Turret.
Sundy - Sunderer.
Swarm - large group of ESFs, usually Mosquitos.
Titty - Citadel Shield.
Treecon - Beacon in a tree.
Valk - Valkyrie.
Vehicle Gate - ray shield that only allows vehicles from the owner faction to pass through.
Virgin - Cloak Flash.
Waffle - Dervish.
Way - waypoint.
Zerg - massive overpop.
Zergsurfing - not intentionally zerging, but taking advantage of a friendly zerg, usually to farm.
Zombie - revived enemy.
Banana Building - common two-storey crescent-shaped building archetype found throughout Auraxis, usually with a bridge to a Power House.
Chevron - common one-storey V-shaped building archetype found throughout Auraxis.
Double-Stack - two-storey building.
I-Building - common one-storey I-shaped building archetype found throughout Auraxis.
Mezzanine - common cuboid-shaped two-storey building archetype found throughout Auraxis.
Power House - common two-storey building archetype found throughout Auraxis.
L-Building - common two-storey L-shaped building archetype found throughout Auraxis.
V-Shape - common one-storey V-shaped building archetype found throughout Auraxis.

Some of the abbreviations and terminology listed above may be more specific to the outfits I play with or the server I play on. I might have also missed some abbreviations or terminology. Please feel free to feedback in the comments section below and I will do my best to keep the guide updated.

'Air Hammer' specifically refers to Reavers that are equipped with the M30 Mustang AH (Air Hammer). Seeing as 'Air Hammer' literally is the name of the weapon the Reavers are using, I would not really consider it a slang term that needs to be put into this guide. Thanks for the feedback though :D

Nice. There's one missing that I've heard a few times: "Air Hammer" usually directed toward an ESF that's flying in close to point blank shoot ground units. Like Mustang Reavers
