Episode 12. White Frost

The Witcher franchise has become extremely popular over the years greatly thanks to the videogames by CD Projekt RED. While The Witcher 3 was the best selling game in the franchise, many gamers (including Henry Cavill, who played Geralt in the Netflix series) only learned about the white-haired monster hunter thanks to Part 3 of the trilogy. Due to its poorly aged engine and graphics, the original 2007 game didn't get all the attention it deserves. But in order to truly appreciate Geralt's journey, it's worth knowing how it all began. Hence with this game movie made with some graphical mods and lighting improvements, I hope to help those who for one reason or another missed the original game to experience its story. Enjoy.

Популярність Відьмацької франшизи неймовірно зросла за останні роки завдяки іграм від CD Projekt RED. "Відьмак 3" продався високим накладом і чимало ґеймерів (включаючи Генрі Кевілла, який грав Ґеральта у серіалі від Netflix) довідалися про біловолосого мисливця на чудовиськ саме завдяки третій частині трилогії. Через свої застарілі графіку і рушій, перша гра, що вийшла у 2007 році, не отримала всю увагу, на яку заслуговує. Та для того, аби повноцінно насолодитися історією Ґеральта, слід знати, з чого вона почалася. Тож з цим ігрофільмом, зробленим з використанням графічних модів і вдосконаленого освітлення, я сподіваюся дати тим, хто з тих чи інших причин проґавили оригінальну гру, можливість переглянути її у кіноформаті. Приємного перегляду!
