1) leave diamond city by foot, right after loading done:
2) start magic ritual with console

open console and type:
SetQuestAliases 0001d727 - hit enter.
close console.

open console and type:
ResetQuest 0001d727 - hit enter.
close console.

open console type:
SetQuestAliases 0001d727 - hit enter.
close console.

open console and type or quick save and load.
save f4ckAbbot - hit enter.
load f4ckAbbot - hit enter.

3) after loading walk into diamond city by foot, right after loading done:
open console and type:
SetStage 0001d727 10 - hit enter.
close console.
