How to fix csgo stuttering when discord is open!

By having hardware acceleration turned on can cause alot of stuttering ingame. csgo is the only game ive noticed this. By turning this setting off has completely fixed all my stuttering problems!

I havent found anywhere else someone has adressed this issue.
