1. Follow this path (Steam\steamapps\common\Paladins\ChaosGame\Config)
2. Open file (DefaultEngine.ini) with notepad
3. To unlock FPS - We are looking for the line (bSmoothFrameRate) using the search CTRL + F and change TRUE to FALSE
4. To lock FPS - Search using the search CTRL + F line (MaxSmoothedFrameRate) and change 175.000000 to any number (For example 60.000000 or 70.000000)

It doesn't unlock Hz. FPS is something different. It depends on your device CPU, GPU, RAM, and the capabilities of the monitor you're using.

It unlocks the FPS, which is about the game only. Hz is different thing, u have to check fresh rate in monitor settings.

This also unlocks the Hz?, my monitor is a 240hz monitor.
