I'm sure you'll clear all the game's bosses someday. It's a real thrill.
haven't done empress of light or fishron, either.
1800 hours and i still feel like a newbie.
but being honest, i'm mostly fishing anyway. i doubt i'll get far into hardmode before the update drops, at which point i'll happily start over with some of the new worldgen stuff.
I can't wait to stream it all and update the guide as I go, as is tradition.
I've been holding off on starting new runs until then, it's gonna be fun x)
working on my latest world, and of course using my favorite reference document as i go. (not that there's a lot from here that's relevant pre-eye, and i'm going quite slow as usual.)
And with an earlygame version of Oiled, surely we need a new flamethrower to make use of it...
I always had the same fascination with the whole 'power of friendship' trope, it's overdone but I so don't care. Quantity is a quality all on its own.
Anyway, I haven't actually done a yo-yo run yet since they seem a little bland, hopefully they'll get rebalanced next update. Old swords are really fun to use now, like the Light's Bane and Blade of Grass. Right now my favorite melee subtype is flails.
DnD talk aside, I applaud the dedication to upkeep this guide for years, putting in descriptive storytelling along with proper advice to makes it all the more magical.
Been thinking of coming back to Terraria over waiting for the next toy batch drops, maybe True Melee/Yo-yo could give me the same grace and style Summoner had. Might change my mind if Melee lacks the close up fights after the projectile weapons clearing half the screen.
