Personally I prefer to ditch Bullseye on anarchist, but I sometimes take basic with a joker, Bullseye aced if I am using the Frenzy+Iron man version of anarchist as Frenzy+Iron man Anarchist regens much faster than a Joker Anarchist.
Nice on being considerate of your team with Painkillers Inspire instead of Quick Fix inspire, I do prefer to get suppressor skills instead of Optical Illusions aced but eh, not's not much of an issue.

Why bullseye aced?

Very strange build,starting with what is taken quick fix instead of painkillers,ending with the fact that you don't have a weapon against shields.

Take Painkillers instead of Quick Fix. It will save your teammates on a majority of builds and the Quick Fix aced buff is literally useless to most builds. Inspire is useless if your teammates die instantly after being revived without damage reduction.
Also you don't have a way to reliably kill shields. Running around them works but it will also get you killed just as easily.
