Before going through...
The guide is intended for those who are having difficulties searching for all the achievements, specifically the more challeging (harder to find) ones. This guide will not cover all the achievements as many of them are self explanitory and dont require any more that reading the text of the given achievement.

It is recommended that you play through the game FIRST and enjoy the game as is while hunting for the goodies (just how adventure games are intended to be played). Only after having difficulties finding the easter eggs or achievements should you read ahead.

Sections are spread out to major achievements. Completionist is spread out into multiple sections with point distributions and almost a representation of a walkthrough. Completionist possibly the sole reason I made this guide. Use at your own discretion.

Note: If you are happening to view this guide through the steam overlay, make sure you press 'esc' twice when going back to the game. Game acts weird otherwise.

  • A little Tricky as you need to fish stuff from Oasis using Fishing Rod without Worm
  • Can be done at end of act 1 or start of act 2
  • Can't have caught the fish

Other Achievements Tips
  • Buried Treasure: Look around Indian Area
  • Repeat Reality Overrun: Don't talk to chief while playing game through computer. Just start computer game again.
  • Threw it on the Ground: Vial Water.
  • Everything else is self explanatory.

Thank for Himalaya for offering this great game as well as other great games and re-releases with the King's Quest Series. Can't wait for Mage Initiation!

@S.T.A.R.S Leon S.K. : Late, but if you're still stuck. Don't try to fish more than these two objects (water closet and tire). The remaining two are obtained in the main story.

I get only 2 of 4 items in the oasis (water closet and the car tire) after that its feel even after 20 trys empty. Is it bugged?

It's a fun game, but can get a tad hard som times but that's what makes it a god game. Love the narrator commenting and the simple story line.

Just saw your guide. It is looking great. Hopefully you can find those last items. If it is still an issue, I will definitely have another playthrough to figure out the problem. Curious, are you getting the achievement in game, but not through steam?

I just posted a guide for items in the game. I'm hoping that it will help others in knowing what to look for in each level, as well as eventually expand to include the pair of items that I am apparently missing (my status on Steam for the Hoarder Achievement currently shows 64/66). Thanks again! I did pick up the Chili Sauce and the Daffodil Flower that you mentioned, as well as all the other items on my guide, in one playthrough, but no success...yet. :)

During the writing of the guide, I actually got hoarder the first run so I just never really wrote about it. Two items really don't offer anything use/point wise, but may offer toward hoarder: 1. Chili Sauce. 2. Flower on grave of Rita's father. As for hoarder achievement, I will have to look at it when I got some time. But thanks for the tip about 'buggy' achievement :D:

Thank you for such a great guide! It helped me unlock the Completionist and Anoziran Idol achievement in 1 run (my first time beating the game, I was missing about 30 points). The only 2 achievements that are locked for me now are Speedrun (very self-explanatory), and Hoarder. I thought that I was going to unlock Hoarder with the last run that I did, but no. 2 things I did notice: [1] In Act 2, if you pick up the Chili Sauce, it is gone from your inventory by Act 3 (I tried using it on everything I could think of, but nothing happened. My only thought is that maybe that needs to be picked up in a later act). [2] In Act 9, many of your inventory items disappear (such as the Shovel, which you can keep in Act 8 if you don't use it on the plateau where the Wombat digs). I noticed that the developers' page lists that this new 4.1 version of Al Emmo "fixed" the Hoarder achievement. I wonder if it still has some bugs, because I picked up everything that I could the last time I played.
