EFT Armor Entities (Edited)

Edited version of Barney's EFT Armor mod. All this does is merge the models + armor mod into one package, and boost the HL2 ammo penetration values. Drop commands are still broken but I hope to have a fix written via a commission and uploaded here eventually.
