well you have to spammed the button and then press "Esc" but I found mine on ultra setting

You have to hit escape between the retries to see options. I can't keep it for long on this screen. It keeps on asking to retry connecting to servers.

Why do these companies never understand that players need to be able to change settings and test performance BEFORE THE PLAY PERIOD STARTS?

I wish we had gameplay settings like basic mouse sensitivity settings
i know its just a beta but these are very important basic features
