If after the invasion you suddenly have a loading screen, immediately press alt+f4, maybe it will help without following steps.

HOW

They send you to a spot in a death zone and you get forcibly loaded there over and over forever.
There are several ways to solve this problem.

1. Have a backup file and use it.
2. Alt+f4 during loading screen or immediately after death, this will give a few seconds to open the map. Right after loading press g+f+e+e / mapbutton > triangle > X twice.

After X attempts it will work for you. Good luck.

I cant believe that hackers can force teleport you in game. This happened once to me in DS3 where some suckers used my co-op sign in Ringed City to summon me as a invader in Ariandel.

I'm a bit confused so Alt+F4 won't immediately close the game?
Or does it close it and you still have time for input?

I pressed Alt+F4 right after loading, when I just saw the void but didn't die yet - and after starting the game again got respawned in the previous spot where I was before this retarded ass hack. After this it's a good idea to warp back to the nearest bonfire to secure a normal respawn point. You might want to add this option to the guide.
