another update, not the big one yet though just some reworks cuz I thought he wasn't fun to play as in the last update, hopefully this fixes that atleast a little bit
This will probably be his last update until the rework
oh also cmd mission alt costume gone until next update srry

- Add laser scarf to CM alt
- Add MMZ alt costume
- Add animation to idle
- Add intro animation
- Fix / replace runes
- Add a reference to X vs Zero Decisive Battle 2
- More balance changes

X can change his F special by using his D special
