Intro:
Necrophobia returns!! (Ok, not really, this was actually made a long time ago, im just uploading it to the gmod workshop finally!)

-THIS IS MEANT AS A SINGLEPLAYER EXPERIENCE. (Coop is possible, but it may break)

This is a "prequel" to necrophobia 1, and was originally made as a two map horror short, for RTSL.

Features about 15 minutes of gameplay, give or take

Note:
-This map requires Half-Life 2 Ep2 content to work properly, or else you may experience missing textures and models!
-The ending is "broken" and does not seem to disconnect you at the end. If you dont want to end the map, do not place the skull in the baptism water. Otherwise, disconnect or reset the map to finish it!

Optional rules to play by:
-No noclip unless stuck
-No physgun
-Flashlight is allowed
-Don't spawn weapons.
-You may spawn with only crowbar & pistol at start, you will find better weapons as you go. Weapons found can be spawned to everyone else and be considered "Unlocked"

-Full Navmesh

So far, the only mean to breaking through the boarded up tunnel is by smashing through it with a vehicle. Too bad that doesn't work for me.

Breaking through the boarded up tunnel with a vehicle is the only way to continue past that point. If not, then I am stuck there.

When I get in the muscle car, I tried to break through the boarded up tunnel. Even with the highest speed, I still cannot break it.

You can still play it without Hl2 Ep2 installed, and it should technically "work" but I do not think you will enjoy seeing pink textures and error models for most of the experience.

If you dont own hl2 ep2 and dont have it mounted, there might be addons to include the content needed too, probably.

Anyway yes, you can play without ep2, but you will experience visual issues, but gameplay will remain the same.

do you necessarily need half-life 2 episode 2 to enjoy the map? i have a map where there are errors, but i don't mind them, there are other maps i have that have purple textures, but once again i don't mind them
