What is a Token?
A token is a small silver coin of appreciation given to the inspector by various entrants, generally for doing something honorable for the entrant (often to the inspector's own punishment). The coins will not increase the inspector's payment. They are only collectibles and will be shown at the end of the day.

Visible Achiements -

There are seven tokens in the game and all have linked Steam achievements:

1. Impor token: Day 4, the fifth entrant is a woman from Impor who says she is excited to see her son. Point out the discrepancy in her papers, then grant her access anyway.

2. Antegria token: Day 5, an Antegrian man with proper papers says his wife is next and asks to allow her. Her papers are wrong. Point out the discrepancy, then allow her anyway.

3. Obristan token: Allow Jorji Costava entry by day 11. He shows up three times with invalid papers but has proper papers on day 11 when it is possible to get this token without a citation. At the Beta Version, A Obristan token could be achieved by letting Jorji Costava in at Day 4 with his Cobrastan Passport.

4. Arstotzka token: Day 12, an Arstotzkan named Messof Anegovych gives you four business cards to give to engineers. Distribute all four before he returns on day 16.

5. Republia token: Day 21, Danic Lorun asks you to allow him entry without valid papers and offers his watch as collateral. Hold on to it, do not sell it. If you deny him entry the game will automatically sell the watch, therefore grant him entry to obtain this token. On day 23, he will return. Give him the watch, and he will give you a bribe. He will then complain the watch is scratched and ask you to return the bribe. Do so to receive the token (and the bribe anyway).

6. Kolechia token: Day 25, the fifth entrant will give you a love note. Give the note to the depressed seventh entrant on the same day.

7. United Federation token: Day 29, a man will give you a photo of his daughter and ask you to confiscate Simon Wens's passport but allow him entry. On day 30, as Simon Wens attempts to enter, do as instructed. When the man returns later in the day, give him Wens' passport. (To avoid a citation, confiscate the passport again and give the man an approved passport seizure slip instead).


Hidden Achievements -

What do you mean they are hidden?
These achievements are not visible until you earn them.

8. Glory to Arstotzka.
How: The inspector must not have completed any EZIC tasks given during the game, and must have burned all gift money. On day 31, he must neutralize both EZIC attackers and must not escape to Obristan afterwards. In the next morning, his information audit shows only minor infractions and he is permitted to return to work. A deal with Kolechia is reached and the checkpoint will remain open. This ending unlocks the Glory to Arstotzka Steam achievement.
This is the only ending that will unlock the code for Endless Mode. The code is listed in the transcript tab.


9. Hired Rifle.
How: Only on day 23, the inspector shoots the man in red with a sniper rifle when EZIC creates a diversion. This ending unlocks the Hired Rifle Steam achievement.

10. Member of the Order.
Help EZIC overthrow the government!
How: Only on day 31, the inspector must have completed at least four out of five EZIC tasks given throughout the game. If this is the case, an EZIC messenger will arrive on day 31 and tell the inspector to hold his fire. EZIC attackers blow up the border wall and EZIC gains power. They make the inspector their agent and move his family to a better apartment.
Triggering this ending unlocks the Member of the Order Steam achievement.

11. Snowier Pastures.
Escape to Obristan with all (living) family members!
How: The inspector escapes to Obristan with all of his living family members. As a prerequisite, the inspector needs to (illegally) confiscate enough passports from Obristanian citizens (one for every family member)
When: Possible at the end of days 29, 30 and 31 if the inspector has at least one Obristan passport and 25 credits per family member available. The maximum amount needed is six passports and 150 credits if the niece was adopted on day 21 and everyone else is still alive.
Triggering this ending unlocks the Snowier Pastures Steam achievement.
WARNING: DO NOT escape alone of without your whole family or you will NOT recieve the achievement.

Evil Tip by @Wicdz.
I'd suggest for "Snowier Pastures" to kill all family members except one (just don't buy medicine for them; and live without heat) and then you've to get only one additional passport - makes it a ton easier.

12. Too Honest.
Turn over EZIC docs to M.O.I investigator on day 12.
How: Only on day 12, an M.O.I. investigator M. Vonel visits the booth asking for information about EZIC. If the inspector gives him the EZIC documents received earlier, he is immediately arrested.
Corman Drex and an EZIC messenger give the EZIC documents to the inspector on days 8 or 9 and 10.
Triggering this ending unlocks the Too Honest Steam achievement.

13. Worker's Best.
Acquire a Class-5 Apartment (day 22 at the earliest)
Class-5 apartment may become available at the end of day 22 if the inspector has already moved to a class 6 apartment.
