These achievements can be obtained by simply beating the game from the start till it`s end and can`t be missed.




There are only 126 Inhibitor Locations in Dying Light 2. Inhibitors are the upgrade points needed to upgrade Health and Stamina. They are found in special Inhibitor Chests and sometimes in safes. Use one of them for the first time to get this achievement. But the first one will be given you for free by Hakon




Unlocked through story progression. Go to the Church after finishing hospital night trip with Hakon.



This videoguide is for getting Municipal Services achievement, which requires to activate all these facilities in game. use it to find your first water tower or electrical substation

These achievements related with killing enemies under certain conditions or acting somehow during the battle.


This guy. Usually can be found during the night or in story missions.







Classic one. Same achievement was in previous Dying Light game. Simply use blocks, dodge or kill enemies one by one.


Or if you play on low difficulty, you can easly get this achievement in t he beggining of the game, here, before reaching the radio tower.








In this game there is no classic firearm weapon, so here you can use bows, spears or throwing knifes.





You must be in a co-op session with two other players and all you need is to kill bandits, zombies of other enemies. Once you've reached amount of 100 kills, you`ll get this one.






Takedown can be used while you while you sneak among the enemies who did not notice you. Sneak up on the enemy from behind and press the button on the prompt to takedown en enemy.


NOTE: Can be glitchy, cause I got it in the middle of a fight with bandits. And I can say that I backstabbed more then 50 enemies at that moment, so I think it`s unlocking after how long after the actual execution. Other players got same troubles too, so watch for it closely.



Smash is an ability unlocked late in the Combat skill tree. You'll first need to have Vault Kick unlocked and then upgrade your health to 200. The Smash skill allows you to destroy an enemy's head by pushing it into the ground once you've jumped on top of them from a height.



Use throwing spear and kill enemies with it: zombies, humans, no matter.



They can be taken from enemies after killing them or they mostly can be found aroung the world in dead bodies.

To get these achievements, you will need to complete additional quests, search for objects, open points on the map and explore locations.


There are 17 Windmills in game












70 Graffiti Tag Collectibles to find in the game. You can find them out in the open world on the sides of buildings, depicting art and pictures. Activating your Survivor Sense highlights any nearby boxes containing spray cans, which is what you need to interact with in order to find the Graffiti Tag.




There are 63 Collectible Recordings to find. Some of them can be found only in story missions, so this achievement is partically missable. But there is a solution for it cause you still can find missed recordings via coop.




Missable: 3 Notes can be only found during the Prologue – Pilgrim’s Path in the beginning of the game and there is no way you can come back to pick them, even in coop. Here is the pics where they can be found. Other can be foun during the main or side quests or in open world.

Simply making it through the night without dying outside of the main story. When the sun rises, you'll unlock this one.



Achievement is cumulative: climb the tallest buildings and jump off if you want to get the achievement as quickly as possible. Interesting fact: 10994 meters is the depth of the Mariana Trench.



Сumulative as well: walk and run by your feet or use any other ways to travel around the map.

Missable: To get this you have to capture 7 out of 9 Watermill or Electric substations for same faction — to the Survivors or to the Peacekeepers. Capturing will give you bonuses for parkour or battle skills.


Some people having issues with unlocking this achievement after capturing 7 city aligment —
the only solution that has helped many users is to connect online to another player: they report that unlocked the achievement after doing this.

Also there is currently a glitch in the game where you can get this easy in coop.

Requirements. Either have 2 players with more then the required total combined city aligment. (Example: one player has 4 other player has 3. Towards the same Faction.. ).. or a new player should be able to do this with a person that already has the achievement (not tested with new player).

How to do the glitch method:

• Join game.
  
• As soon as it has loaded and you can move around l, drop out.
  
• As quickly as possible join back,
  
• Drop out again as soon as you can move.

Keep doing this a few times, then go back to your own game. What this does is to combine the total city alignment both players have, and overwrite your same with this info. The achievement can be a bit delayed.



Periodically, when you move around the map, an event may randomly appear near you (within a radius of 50 m) in which the survivor usually gets into trouble: fighting bandits or zombies.
Help these poor guys out 50 times to get the achievement.






Open at least on metro station to use it as fast travel point.

South of the Newfound Lost Lands territory is a further 12 Airdrops.
However, all except one of them are underwater. You can only reach this area after completing the Epilogue.

These achievements are miscellaneous and don’t fall into the other categories.


Craft a Medic Kit in first minutes of the game. Use honey and chamomile. Nature power!





In the menu screen, scroll through to the Inventory tab. If your weapon can be modded, it'll have a small circle inside its icon.

These two achievements unlock when you reach Level 25 in each. You don’t need to use inhibitors for it and you simply gain the level passively from any combat and parkour action.



Fortunatelly it`s cummulative as well: sell craft props, upgrades, weapons, rare items to get progress in this achievement. The achievement can be obtained quickly enough, for this it is enough to find rare items for a large amount (10-20-30k), and then sell them to a merchant and buy them back. By doing this a sufficient number of times, the achievement can be obtained easly and saved a lot of time.



Get max 4 lvl of chase during the night and the just run away far enough to escape zombies or run to the safe zone.



Simply join any co-op session to unlock this achievement.

The new DLC adds a separate storyline and 8 achievements to the game.


This is story related achievements and can`t be missed, you just need to proceed through the Bloody Ties story.

36 collectables to be found 4 tapes and 32 mementos. Collectibles become available once you reach Carnage Hall, some of the collectibles can be obtained only during certain side missions:

- The Guilded Cage - cannot return to this area after beating the side quest.
- Backstory
- The Only Hope
- Portrait of a Hangover

These side mission can be missed easily, to get them ensure you complete the side objectives on the main story, and accept the alternative options instead of progressing through the tournament when Severus offers them to you.
