Game Modes
The main objective of Rocket Rumble isn't just to win the race. Earn points by passing checkpoints and hitting other players with certain items. Players receive 10 points for passing a checkpoint first, 5 for everyone after. No points are given if a player dies before the checkpoint.

Race through 4 procedurally generated tracks: Caustic Canyon and Asteroid Field. More tracks are being added during Early Access.

Quick Play
Queue for an online match with random players - join single player, or with a local or Steam party. Vote between 3 random tracks each time. After the race ends, return to the main menu.

Party Play
Play with a local or Steam Party without any random players. Vote between 3 tracks each time. After the race ends, return to the main menu.

Starting a Party:
Local: Rocket Rumble can support up to 4 local players, one of which can use the keyboard. Press A on a new controller, or “Enter” on the main menu to join a local party. The game will randomly generate pet names for any new local players.

Steam: Press X on a controller or “X” on the keyboard to open your Steam friends list to invite them. While in the Steam menu you can also remove players by going to the manage party tab.

Tutorial
The tutorial is available in single player only. Learn the basic controls while smashing targets on a small race track.

Tracks
There are currently 4 Rocket Rumble tracks with more slotted to be released over the course of the Early Access period. Each track features procedurally generated obstacles so no two races are ever the same.

Asteroid Field:

Caustic Canyon:

The Pirate Bay:

Holo Night:

This track is the only one to not have procedurally generated obstacles at the time of writing. That's scheduled to be added in a future update.
