So the noct gloves come in different patterns, normally you will have a sort of jaguar pattern on the gloves similar to the one found on some driver gloves (Jaguar, Snow Leopard) or on the Hand Wraps Giraffe.

This is the pattern ID 47 that shows that


Now the thing that matters on the glove is the ammount of black you have over the pattern. This black shows as a almost pitch black ingame.

This is the pattern ID 231 which is universally known as the number 1 pattern with both gloves pitch black

This is basically the best thing you can get if youre going for a blacked out inventory, both of the gloves black

Other tier 1 patterns are: (not ranked) 564, 562, 93, 125, 167, 250, 277, 364, 374, 390, 402, 428, 441, 507, 575, 580, 612, 640, 647, 738, 866, 869, 894, 935, 945, 960

Now for the ranking: The basic idea for tier 1 is that the right glove always has to be fully black, ranking depends on the percentage of pitch black you have on the left glove. The percentage is determined based on vertical stitching lines on the sport gloves. Another thing that is important is which type of black is on the left glove. You have the pitch black and then a black with brown spots from the pattern, The left glove should only have these two types of black on it. The ranking depends on the ammount of pitch black.
THE IMPORTANT THING IS THAT YOU NEED THE PITCH BLACK TO BE TOWARDS THE THUMB ON YOUR GLOVES, this is because that side of the gloves is more visible ingame and therefore the pitch black in that area matters the most, because of this the pattern ID 34 can for now be called the number 1 pattern, (if you have dark brown spots around the thumbs, it is not a tier 1)

Similar to tier 1 this tier has a fully left right hand, but the left glove is almost fully black

Obviously this the area where the right glove is fully black (tier 3 since it is the glove you hold your knife with)

This is obviously the opposite of Tier 3. The left glove needs to be fully glove

Other tier 4 patterns are: (not ranked) 200, 454, 920

This is the opposite of the Tier 1 the gloves have the Jaguar pattern, note that majority of the pattern IDS will be sitting in this tier as most of these gloves arent fully black on either glove.
