Step 2: Load up the game
Step 3: Play through the tutorial
Step 4: Go into online mode
Step 5: Choose Toga
Step 6: Join an unranked match
Step 7: Spam knife and needle attack
Step 8: Win because you "don't know how to do any other attacks" (Yeah sure, buddy)
Step 9: Regret your life decisions
(Repeat steps 6-9)

How about 100%OFA Deku? sure his ranged attack has a long charge up but it can cover the map and it homes in.

I remember that an old friend of mine (No longer friends, she turned into a huge bitch and treated everyone like shit) used to spam Toga's knifes and needles constantly, then when I spammed back with someone like Overhaul, they cried about it
