A car buff mod

Allows characters to install/uninstall car parts without reading the magazine for the car type

This process takes longer, a higher mechanics skill requirement, bigger chance of failure and extra damage to the parts.


Compatability:
Compatible tested and confirmed with Filibuster Rhymes' Used Cars!
Not compatible with mods which change the <module Base template> for vehicles.

This was created because I have done some things around the car in real life, such as change break pads, but it took me a long time and I almost damaged the car in the process.
