Adds a new radio station that is always on down time!

91.8MHz Downtown Radio

Plays the same song forever
Cycles through several "stand by" messages
Listening on repeat helps de-stress

Known Issues:

Sometimes it takes a cycle (30m) for it to start playing music, be patient
The song resets it's volume on repeat, not sure if it's cosmetic or impacting the game
Seems to work only half the time in Multiplayer
Incompatible with my other mod Dawn Time

* I am unfortunately not skilled enough to fix the radio issues, I'll gladly take solutions and fixes

Mannnn i really wish this still worked and was for build 42, it's tune is so catchy for the end of the world and is period accurate if i remember too for the original song, "Beach Parade by Armando Trovaioli"

unfortunately doesnt seem to work anymore in solo. i get errors popping up every second with this mod active :(

soon, I have an update planned to add variety of dawns that people can find (the plushie)
we got dusk, noon, twilight, sunset, sunrise, etc
