This guide is still work in progress.
Feel free to correct me if any information provided here is incorrect OR if you wish to add your own findings.
  • All information here is provided from my own observations, updates to the game may make this information obsolete.
  • This is my first time working with Unreal Engine, More of a Source person myself.
  • A lot of online forums have stated that one Unreal Engine unit (“U” / “Units”) is equal to 1 centimetre so this is the conversion I used!
  • Game Version 1.0.20211222_0116_539_57216 (10/01/2022)

Guide Updates
  • ⚠️The DJ/Mini music man are not included because they do not use A.I and can't be easily tracked (They are just animated props with map triggers).
  • ⚠️ As stated by kjwc10: The Endoskeletons will patrol their assigned area along a fixed map placed path when not pursuing Gregory, This also applies to most of the other AI Driven characters as well (everyone apart from Sun & Moon because they know where Gregory is at all times).

sometimes shattered Chica will spot you even in Freddy for some reason (only reason i know, is because i watched my friend play and we encountered that bug in the loading docks area)

Shattered roxy cant see you when she passes near you if you crounch and not moving she will completely ignore you and can also be alerted by staff bots

Should probably add something about Chica still chasing you if you hide in Freddy if you are in the kitchen. She can't hurt you until you exit Freddy, and I'm pretty sure it's just a glitch, but it consistently happened every time I was in the kitchen and alerted Chica; she'll continue pursuing even if you are controllingn Freddy.

theres some other montys such as the one in his boss fight, the first one, and technically one that was glitched and can be created in older patches where if you go out of bounds a couple times and get seen in the atrium a monty that chases you in freddy faster then normal monty and dosent lose agro. all of these have different mechanics then regular monty (the first one moves to gregorys speed, the one in his boss fight is set to have very bad line of sight and maybe even lower run speed) creeper monty is also one of them where he cant get cam cancled nor does make sound effects when gregory is in his line of sight. the one in his boss fight is alpha monty the one in the first chase is beta monty and the one from the atrium is giga monty.

The real monty could be stunned by the fazcam, but only for a second or 2, Hold the fazcam out before you get killed by monty. Then a second when he jumpscares you, use the fazcam, creeper montys out now.

I feel like Monty actually jumps to Gregory instead of pouncing towards him like Roxy. Also, Chica has this weird ability where she will not stop teleporting behind Gregory (alerted by staff bot) unless they make direct eye contact

what about camera cancel ability, monty acts different if he is camera canceled and shattered roxy cannot be.
