Step one is the hardest one... you have to uninstall Destiny 2, only then will the evil corporate spirit of Bungie stop interfering with your life.

Unfollow them on twitter, unsubscribe from their newsletter and YouTube
They will try to bring you back but you must reject them from your life

Go outside

After that go outside, meet new people, touch grass and enjoy your life without Destiny 2

Fail

Most of you - the people reading this will fail, Bungo will release a new dlc, a new secret mission and you will play Destiny, you will get addicted again and start this process anew.
But for those who left D2 for good congratulations, you achieved something great...

i would be hooked if it didn't crash every several hours and request verification... and than proceed to verify in game after i already verified on steam... and just requested an uninstall which i did than sat through the said in-game rectification for several minutes only for it to crash at 20% and request another reinstall i want my money back

maybe if we just.. like played it for a really long time and multiple times a week we'll get burnt out and never come back right? thats how it works with other games and we never go back..
