In the lua file,
1. its function requires Han Wu 's trait is active
2. Function ChangeNumRealBuilding() is not defined, should it be SetNumRealBuilding() instead?
3. Line 211, if the rate is < 25% and no GP is in the city, then the rate will keep reducing (can be negative)
Is it intentional, so that the capital only gains the yield from one of each specialist?
Probably just easiest to blow up the Tang files and most of line 369 in Han's GameDefines (you still want VALUES, just make 370 line up to replace most of 369) if you want to run this and Southern Zhou together. I don't see where Shu Han would conflict.
