This guide will show you a list of the "check the email from Majima's subordinate" encounters for the last abilities in each branch of the Dragon tree.

Please help!

Unlocks: Kick Combo Reborn

Visit Shine Club. You will have had to have done at least 1 round of the cabaret minigame first otherwise the introduction to that will trigger. You will need to play the cabaret minigame and then beat him in a regular battle.

Unlocks: Essence of Overhead Throw

Visit Mach Bowl. Majima will interrupt you at the counter. You'll need to beat him at bowling to earn the ability.

Looking for the boss

Unlocks: Flash Step Reborn

Visit the Pocket Circuit Stadium. You will have had to progress the substory related to this first before he will appear. You'll have to beat him at pocket circuit 3 times, this email signals he's ready to appear for the first and second battles.

Unlocks: Dragon's Speed Reborn

This is the third battle at the Pocket Circuit Stadium. If you've received this email you've progressed far enough into the Pocket Circuit substory and tournaments for him to appear for the final pocket circuit battle.

Unlocks: Dragon's Slow Burn 1

This one is frustrating as there isn't a set location where it will appear. You'll need to bump into anyone who looks like one of the regular thugs walking around by himself in town, rather than in a group of 3. There may also be another thug standing around on the side of the street nearby with an angry face. You'll know you've got the right guy because he will engage you in dialogue BEFORE the fight starts, and then Majima will butt in a few seconds later.
This isn't consistent for the ability because he needs to break into the fight using Mad Dog of Shimano style (knife) but since this is shared with a regular Majima encounter there's a chance he'll appear as any other style anyway.

Unlocks: Essence of Escape

Visit the smaller Club SEGA on Nakamichi street and talk to the professor. You'll need to have progressed the Mesuking substories before he will appear, and then you'll need to beat him at Mesuking to win the ability.

Watch out, Kiryu-san!

Unlocks: Finishing Hold Reborn

This is the second Mesuking battle encounter at the same Club SEGA. You'll have to have progressed even further through the Mesuking substories before you get this email, signalling that Majima is ready for a rematch.

Unlocks: Yellow Dragon Spirit

Defeat Hannya-man at the Coliseum. If you haven't received this email or he isn't appearing and you're already at SSS Majima Everywhere rank, you'll need to unlock more abilities from Komaki first and work at those until you encounter Hannya-man as part of his training. It's easiest to make him appear by trying the Breakout GP until he shows up. This also makes beating him easy as you can just break a wall and push him off the ledge.

Settling the Score

Unlocks: Essence of Mad Dog: Demon

After completing these email hints and all other Dragon of Dojima skills, you’ll have one final encounter with Majima to “settle the score”. You'll get a call from Majima directly calling you to the Batting Center. Heal up and head there. This battle should be easy enough with proper application of Tiger Drop.

I am in rank F above in Majima Everywhere and i cannot enter the shine club, is there anyway to access it?

For anyone who can't get Majima to show up at Pocket Racer and are mostly done with the Successor Substory, do some of the general tournaments (First option when talking to Fighter) and he should arrive after every two tournament wins.

Update: I found Mad Dog Majima Intervention battle in Taihei Boulevard, in front of millenium tower. It was a fat guy walking near the Akaushimaru eatery. Maybe that's the one.

He also has a back up NPC that always stands on the sidewalk like an NPC (can't be pushed like pedestrians) and never starts a fight with Kiryu by himself, but rather he joins the fight when the other one does. The second one is useful to know the precise spawn point, since the first guy is constantly wandering near him.

But the observation that i believe is the most important is that from that very same encounter spawn point i have been exclusively getting Breaker Majimas. I have already fought him like 6 times in a row just from that encounter.

I would need further testing to corroborate if it's true that the specific variants are not, in fact, random, but i would need to discover another Majima Intervention spawnpoint.

Regarding the "Please be careful!" message, i have farmed majima intervention encounters in Shichifuku Street East, at the eastern border of kamurocho 1 square below Purgatory Entrance. I have found out that the special thugs have set spawnpoints across the map that trigger when the random Majima you get is determined to be an Intervention fight.

Each one of them will always have the same model and dialogue without fail, the one on shichifuku east for example is always a blond Street Ruffian with light purple pants and the interaction will always revolve around him shaking down Kiryu.
