Ryker's Pause Menu

Shifts the whole pause menu down away from your vision, removing several buttons I never use, and compacts the spacing to be consistent with the main menu. The "Call A Vote" option is modified slightly to immediately highlight the "Kick Players" option, as I never call votes except in pubs, and you could probably guess for what reason.

This supports the same languages Left 4 Dead 2 does.

This is compatible with anything as long as it doesn't modify the pause menu layout. HUD mods like Simple HUD, Urik HUD (NOT menu!), Reduced HUD, and NeunGUI should work with this with no conflicts.

I strongly recommend using N.Kata's Clean Pause Menu with this to get rid of the blur and discoloration for an even sleeker and clear look. Ignore the weeb bait thumbnail of that one, lol.

Request for The Last Stand Devs: Please allow the use of console commands for pause menu buttons. An instant disconnect button would be a Godsend. *sadpuppyeyes*
